MENTAL HEALTH WELLNESS

BOOK LIST

Reading provides many of us with ideas, concepts and perspectives to understand our complex world. The Trinity Mental Health Wellness Team has put the following list together as an example of books and topics that we think will provide you with information and perspective. As with other parts of the mental health journey, books are not a substitute for treatment, but they can provide you aid on your journey that your church family wishes to share with you. If you have books to add to this list, please feel free to share them with us. This list will be periodically updated.
